- Queen orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day). While we aim for timely dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during transit.
- If a queen arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us immediately. Upon verification, we will either provide a replacement queen free of charge or issue a refund (excluding postage fees), at our sole discretion.
- For any DOA queen, the queen must remain in her cage, and clear photographic evidence must be provided for review.
- Our 100% Natural Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months, pregnant women, or individuals with compromised immune systems.
- Over time, our 100% Natural Honey will naturally crystallize—a sign of its exceptional quality and purity.
- Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking/refund fee of 20%. For queen and nuc orders, this fee increases to 50%.
- If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please address any concerns or issues directly with the original seller.
- As a small, family-run business, your satisfaction is our priority. If our products or services do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us—we will do our best to make things right.
- Queen and nuc orders are available for delivery within the UK Mainland only. At this time, we are unable to ship these orders to Northern Ireland.
- Honey orders can be shipped across the entire UK.
- Once opened, honey should be consumed within a reasonable timeframe. Consuming spoiled honey is done at your own risk.
- By completing a purchase on our website or directly from us (or any authorized outlet), you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
